RETURN POLICY: 
Bim Bini hopes our customers love our products as much as we do. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We offer 21-day returns if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. 

If you are wanting to return your item(s), please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be in touch with you promptly.

T&C's:

• Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
• Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still on.
• Damaged or worn item(s) will not be accepted or refunded.
• Customers will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
• If item(s) match all of the above conditions, you may send us an email at [email protected]. You must include an image of your item(s) you are wishing to return with a short description of your issue. We will be back in touch with ASAP to send you the information you need to complete your return.
• No returns will be accepted for items from our Market, including sale items, discounted items, samples and more. 

Bim Bini reserves the right to deny refunds if the item(s) do not meet our requirements.
